I think I'll be back from Alaska by then, unless we decide to stay for an extra week or possibly if we leave home later on june or if the blazer doesnt make it or if we are devoured by a roaming tundra grizzly, Im sure there are plenty of other reasons why I could possibly not make it home in time. I still gotta get my passport and figure out how to bring a gun through Canada though.
Kari, You are mentioning coming home already!!! I thought you loved it there! I has to be the snow. Yes you do have a few of my genes. Snow is only fun to look at thru a window while you lie in front of a fireplace reading a book. But you have lots of time left.. Enjoy it!!!! love and blessings Granny
The blog of my international adventures.
July and August 2011: traveled to Chile to visit my boyfriend. Traveled through the Northern Desert and went to Buenos Aires to see a close friend.
July 2009-July 2010: Studied abroad in Santiago, Chile at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, finishing my Spanish major before returning to my university in San Francisco to finish prerequisites for medical school. Traveled through Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Ecuador.
May 2008 - August 2008: spent the summer in Masan, South Korea tutoring English to young Korean students and eating lots of spicy things and rare delectables from the sea!
September 2005 - July 2005: was a Rotary Youth Exchange Student in Bad Säckingen, Germany; made lasting friends, learned German, and traveled through 9 countries in Europe.
