Hey Kari,

I love the pictures. They are totally awesome - but when are you going to write about all of your experiences!!!! The pictures are worth a thousand words but you are such an excellent writer that I am hoping for some of the stories behind the pictures!

Luv, Sarah M...Oh and I am totally excited about Madrone!

im posting myself, because im at school and cant blog because all the stupid blocker stuff on the computers here. cant read my email etiher..not a big dead but whatever anyway mel i read your blog, you last ´post which was a while ago, but i see you read everything is illuminated. is it not fantastic???!! i found that book soooo great. ich fand das buch echt echt gut. es hat mir sehr gefallenn. i enjoyed it a lot. and now i have another one for you. i am reading it right now, but in german (woohoo! a friend of mine who also has very good music taste, and just purchased an ipod, gave it to me to read...we decided our ipods are married, or at least hooked up, and they are going to really ''hook-up'' meaning with a cable, HAHA NO PUN INTENDED!!! HAHAHA and share things, like, eh, aka, music. im excited cause hes got lots of stuff i like and dont have or dont know, and german stuff too. i found a several good german bands, and the cool this is, tehy sing auf deutsch. oh, and i think im going to amsterdam, for those of you that are reading this. OHJHHHH YEAH!!!!!! i hope its works. oh, right, the name of that book is, the perks of being a wallflower. anyone interested in young people books (aka not the parents, they would be grossed out), read it. is sooo funny and interesing, and sad and happy at parts. like everythng is illumnated, but a totally different kinda story. but, sarah, i will post some time about what ive been doing, when i have tht eimte hehe, and uh,, if i remember. doing fotos is easy cause then i cant multitask and do ther things while the fotos load and i dont always remember the names of all the buildings. or a lot of the time. but this wekkend, or actually today after school im leaving to go to the city of göttingen, for a rotex weekend. its gonna be all of us fromt he eurotour...once again, in one big school gym. im so excited, and im goin up early, because we from south are driving up tomrorrow with the train, so that we can take the really long way, and its super duper cheaper. that menas itl take about twice as long, aka 9 hours (well from where i live, the southernest), instead of like 5 hours with the fast, expensive train. but im staying overnight tonight by another exchange student and then we are leaving tomorrow morenign, using länder tickets---whihc are the group tickers for each bundesland. (baveria, berlin, sachsen, etc). so itll only be like 23€ round trip. just lots of trains. bleh. whatever- its fun when we are many. so ja thats whats flying by me. i ghuess ive written enough.... love kari. bis montag...oh an mel, i still dont know how to put you in blog as a link, maybe you could do it for me. `?`?? sign in name is karmesan, you know the password. but ther are two of the last letter now. thanks....that would be super duper cool if you could link you into my blog. ok love you all. love kari

Kari,
Fun to read what you write as your friend said so glad i clicked on comments to catch up. What was all that chatter stuff in the one post about college stuff? Just someone flapping their jaws?
Been running up and down I 5 to sort "stuff". Suzanne called one afternoon driving to some job and laughing me thru a letter your mom had written while she was carrying Blaine! Some fun stuff to read! Grandma wasn't as naive as we all thought she was!
Going up to help your dad with foundation tuesday a.m. That should be fun.. Abel and kittens are going too! How i wish I had a camera so I could take their pictures to send you! They are a scream!! Never get just one kitten.
have fun..love and blessings Granny
